In the event, if you are displeased with the services provided and if you have written proof of refund promised by our sales person, we would like to offer refund on pro rata basis, that means for the days you have used the services will be deducted and rest will be paid but only if we have promised this in writer and provided the reasons given by you are genuine and is proved after investigation.
